  • What are my options for paying my rent?

    You can pay for rent via check or through online portal, Henri, with ACH/Credit Card.

  • Am I required to purchase renter's insurance? If so, what is the fee?

    Yes, minimum coverage of $100,000 for personal liability, otherwise without insurance, you will be charged a $25 non-compliance fee.

  • What happens if a resident is locked out of their apartment?

    We have after-hours emergency to address lock-outs. You can call after hours after 6pm at 509.902.0819.

  • How do I submit a maintenance request?

    You can submit maintenance requests via the resident portal, Henri.

  • Do you have on-site maintenance?

    Yes, maintenance is on-site M-F.

  • What is the guest policy?

    Guests are welcome and residents are responsible for their guests.

  • How do I pay for electricity and water?

    Third party billing for W/S/G through Billing Associates Group, Seattle City Light for Electricity.

  • Do I need to sort recycling and garbage?

    Yes, you will need to sort recycling and garbage.

  • What other relevant fees or charges should I know about?


  • Are there any move in charges?

    Non-refundable cleaning fee, 10% of one month’s rent and the pro-rated rent.

  • If I want to hold an apartment, how do I do that?

    Apply online and pay the $99 hold deposit. We can hold for 2 weeks or until apartment is ready.

  • Do you accept a shorter lease term?

    No, we do not accept short lease terms.

  • Do you offer furnished units?

    We do not, but we can offer you a discount on monthly furniture rentals through our partner, Fernish. Ask our team for more information!

  • How long does it take for an application to be approved?

    Roughly 24 hours but can vary depending on individual screening

  • What are the application criteria?

    $62 application fee, must make at least 2.5 times rental amount. $500 Deposit.


  • Is smoking allowed?

    No smoking on the property.

  • Do you have storage units available?

    No storage units available.

  • Do you offer bike storage?

    Yes, we offer bike storage.

  • What are your pet fees? Are they refundable?

    $35 for pet rent (covers two pets) non-refundable.

  • Is your property pet-friendly?

    Yes, we are pet friendly.

  • What amenities do the apartment include?

    We have a rooftop, secure package room, bike storage. 

  • Does the building have a security system?

    We have video surveillance and fob entry.
