  • Yes, maintenance is on-site M-F.

  • Guests are welcome and residents are responsible for their guests.

  • Third party billing for W/S/G through Billing Associates Group, Seattle City Light for Electricity.

  • Yes, you will need to sort recycling and garbage.

Application Process

  • Non-refundable cleaning fee, 10% of one month’s rent and the pro-rated rent.

  • Apply online and pay the $99 hold deposit. We can hold for 2 weeks or until apartment is ready.

  • No, we do not accept short lease terms.

  • Roughly 24 hours but can vary depending on individual screening

  • $62 application fee, must make at least 2.5 times rental amount. $500 Deposit.
